The Preface

DOTTY'S DIMENSIONS: THE PREFACE (or "notes from the backburner")

My publisher, Virginia Louise Davis,
wanted a life story from members of her staff and me.

Therefore, through 1998 into 1999, I wrote bits and pieces of my life story.

Finally, in late 1999, I put them together into this one-shot zine.
If nothing else, some of my readers will realize that there was science-fiction fandom before the Internet.

For better or worse, here is my abridged life story on 18 pages with a color front cover.
